When do you become a category expert and how often does this get reviewed?

    Once a week and it's based on who has the most points in that category.

    I read somewhere about this subject in a comment, not too long ago. It goes something like this: You become the category expert when you write more answers and accrue more points in that specific category than anyone else. Now, I can't remember exactly, but I think the expert title is recalculated (not sure if that's the right word) automatically, every night, by the AnswerBag computers. That also explains why you will occasionally read comments like, "I lost my expert title in ______ last month, but I got it back again yesterday."

    To the veteran baggers, please let me know if I got this wrong. It's a bit confusing.
