  • NO!, you owe for the setting!, and who can say you didnt dig out the diamonds!see the problem here?
  • More of the story. What do I need to do if I wanted to take a jeweler to small claims court? I want to get my money back for a faulty ring she’s sold me. I spent $900 on a ring setting and the diamonds would fall out so after the 3rd or 4th time I exchanged the ring and got her to give me another one but it was less quality therefore less money. Then a diamond fell out of that one and my big diamond was going to fall out so I took it back again. I wanted a ring like my first ring. She said she would make me one because if she sized the ring she did have in the store it would compromise the diamonds and they would fall out. I said I wouldn’t pay any more for that. She said I may have to pay more, maybe $100. I was told not to pay her a thing When I called to see if my ring was ready to pick up she said she just went ahead and sized that ring. So now what that means is it will lose diamonds and now she wants to charge me $125 to pick up my ring. If she doesn’t give me my money back I’m suing her. Can i? Would I even win? All I want is my money back.
  • I have no idea, but it sounds like she's being a bitch. Is she the boss? If not, go over her head. If she is, then yea I'd consider small claims court. However, I'm basing this solely from watching those daytime TV judge shows. But she promised a product and the product was shit. Why should you pay for her incompetence?
