Humans are conscious and thinking and machines are not.

There are many. A machine can be redesigned from scratch. A Human cannot i.e. a child must follow the basic pattern laid out in their genes. Human beings have conciousness, machines don't (well... yet). Machines require an intelligence to design and construct them (to a greater or lesser extent, there can be automation involved but the principle is sound enough). A human being can effectively build itself (you could argue that our DNA is a blueprint but it certainly doesn't require an intelligence to assemble it, merely biological processes).

Machines do what they are told and/or programmed to do, or at least they do until they are unable to do so. Humans have the greatest potential of all of God's creation on earth. After all, only humans have souls, and only humans are eternal.

Robots will do what there told, never asking any questions. They just continue on, even stupider than us. Humans, on the other hand, have emotions. They're not afraid to not do what there told, and they have a real soul.

Workmanship and materials for one. Even if machines are developed that can think for themselves, feel sensation, and develop emotions, I'm not convinced that they will ever develop the ability to make a leap of faith beyond logic.

fear,will be the main diffrence between machine and human. if u take soul human body is nothing but a bioelectrical complicated device created by a super natural source or whatever u belive.human body runs on electricity the messages,commands is sent to diffrent part of our body by brain,this action is not that much diffrent from machine.we die when soul gets out and machine die when power goes off,so soul is not the diffrence.
