  • U need to work on positivity. C+P=E Your circumstance Plus...your Perspective (of the situation)....equals, YOUR experience. NO MATTER WHAT, a circumstance is...THE SAME CIRCUMSTANCE, it is your perspective on the situation...thinking "oh, nothing is good, its not getting better...poor me, man...o my."...you need to think, "well, sh*t...Right now nothing is good, so I gotta fix things, I gotta strive for something...I gotta learn from the situation, and I have become stronger. Lets go accomplish something."...Or sumwaht to that sort, and that will EQUAL...the type of experience you had, the more you practice this, the easier it gets...GO WRITE IT ON YOUR WALL, and on your hand....just get through things, lounging in pain is no solution...and for EVERY problem, comes a solution.
  • If one knows there is joy at the very center of one's being, then one knows it's okay to feel the pain.
