The tip of the elbow. I was bitten there recently and let me tell you the itching was insane. Besides, I think the mosquito may have been insane too, I mean, would you rather bite someone one on the thickest toughest elephant skin area on the body or 2 inches away from there on a nice soft part? Yup, I think he was crazy. Or she, because females are actually the biters.
