First, let's pretend the government wouldn't take it all, LOL. OK, 200 million. Establish and fund a charitable foundation with 175 of the 200. I'd give 20 million to my friends and keep 5 million for myself and my family. Then, we'd travel.

whatever the heck I wanted to do
-
I would travel all over world and then try buy ticket to travel moon...
-
Invest and save. Maybe spend a little on my family and friends.
-
Buy a house, invest a bit, set aside a few million to support my hobbies/collections, give a few handouts to friends and family, and set up a charity/donate the rest.

That is a lot of GREEN .... Well, first, I wouold pay off my mortgage and all my bills ... 2nd; I would build me a log cabin on a mountain lake in the Ozarks .... 3rd; I'd donate a substantial ammount of $$$$ to various LEGITIMATE childrens charities here in the States ; like the Florida Childrens Youth Ranch etc ... Children's Homes etc ... 4th; I'd donate a substantial ammount to several Wildlife Charaties like World Wildlife Fund etc .. 5th; I'd give a hefty sum to about five of my close friends and their family ..... I'd buy myself a brand new BLack Suburban with all the bells and whistles .... The rest ; which would be about $150 Million or MORE ; I'd invest into a Top ten Money Market Account and would live on the interest of about $4 MILLION per year ....

The guy won $232M. But he will only take in about $90M after taxes if he took it all in cash at once. The one thing I will do is to keep my identity a secret. I don't need the headaches that comes with money.

Well, he 'only' gets 88 million after taxes, but still..... The best plan would be to establish a charitable trust and live off the interest. This is what the very rich, like Bill Gates and his wife, and many, many more.
-
well....First I'd give 50 milion to a charity of my choice probz one about cancer then with about a million I'd make a big rave club and buy cool light and a dance floor and other stuff. Then I'd give 1 million to all my friends Then i would have the rest for me and my family.

Live like a dream, give some to charity, and let's just say the reasons I couldn't have damn near every luxury I wanted would be gone.
-
I would pay off all of my debts, buy a home, put enough up for my children to cover all of their college, buy a car, throw the best damn anime convention the world has seen, and donate enough to my church to fix it up completely as it is badly in need of repair.
-
Share the wealth.
-
...first I would pick myself up off the floor after fainting.....then go to the ocean with a good friend and chill...........I do not know after that..probably get my family out of the city they are in..then maybe go away for awhile....to think

I would start off by paying off everything I owe and setting up a small trust for my child. Then I would try to find a way to secretly pay off the mortgages of many of my friends who have helped me over the years. If I could, I'd try to keep my good fortune secret, as I wouldn't want our relationship to change. I wouldn't want them to know who'd paid their mortgage and feel beholden. I might try to secretly buy them a car and have it delivered too. Next I would give large sums to some of my favorite charities, and particularly to my church. My church has been helping to build a hospital in Africa and support the diocese that is attached to it. I'd want to expand that hospital and stock it well. I'd also want to support the missions and outreach of the church. Then I think I would use a large chunk to start some sort of business that would provide a decent living to a lot of people in an area that is struggling. One thing I'd really like to do is start a company that provides safe, clean, affordable housing and financing to allow home ownership in inner city areas. These would be very simple homes built of concrete, with polished concrete floors and very little in the way of decoration, but they would be as fireproof, tornado proof and flood proof as I could make them. I'm tired of seeing news reports showing poor people picking through the remains of their trailer looking for the remains of their relatives and life. I want to build an affordable home that can survive a storm. I'd also try to get it zoned to allow light retail in the homes, so that people can walk to the hair dresser or barber, walk to the grocery store, walk to the movie theater, walk to the local pub or sub shop, like I did as a kid.
