  • You should clearly point out to your boss, preferably in writing (and keeping a copy for you8rself), that what the IT guy is doing is theft. You are not the IT guy's boss, so if you do that I think you have done your duty. I don't think that you are required to whistle-blow, though you may choose to do so. But you are required to make sure that the boss knows what is going on and that he cannot plead ignorance if subsequently booked. He *is* responsible.
