For me yes since I'm right handed and I have never leaned my head to the left, I would feel kind of strange.

Do you think it might be to do with the alignment of your spine or neck? I prefer doing most stuff on my left side apart from write (but that is controlled by nerves), and I also tilt my head to the left. It must be to with your neck, or maybe it's something in the brain triggering your neck to show the side of your body you're most confident on?

Both me and my boyfriend are right handed and we tilt our heads to the left. I can't think of a time we haven't. I don't think i has anything to do with which hand you write with. I think it is your preferred side, i.e the side you do most stuff on. For examle, I may write with my right hand, but I prefer to cartwheel and throw with my left hand. I also do the splits on my left leg.

Grante, that's why I said probably and not definitely, we don't know why our bodies do somethings and I hope that mysteries will remain, they're a lot more exciting than knowledge.
