What do you think the best FREE CMS software is and why? Which is the easiest to use?

I'd have to say that the best web server is Apache. It's a beast to install, but it is very secure and easy to update. Microsoft's server, IIS, however, is easy to install and use and comes free with XP Pro. However, it is lacking in security and easily hacked. If you are looking for content management, however, Ajax is a great program to look in to.

- Does this answer the question at all? Isn't AJAX a combination of web technologies such as JavaScript and a server-side language? And Apache is server software, not a CMS. Who knows what smummers is going to use it for. It could be for something completely separate from the web.
