Physical abuse because you get two for the price of one! There is no physical abuse that does not carry with it psychological effects (abuse basically). Even physical injuries come with psychological damage attached, so physical trauma does both :-)

Neither, it's all abuse. Mild physical and mild psychological can be the same. Torture can be both, pain can be both. And people can heal from each kind at different rates. It can't be judged against others
