  • One word. Hovel.
  • cluttered but cosy(ish)
  • Tiny, ineffecient effecientcy.
  • A Bungalow
  • yellow, smaller than i would like...i like my big house better more of a flow.sorry couldnt find a pic of the other house for comparison...this is the smaller house.
  • Very small, squashed, individual really, clean and tidy (eugh) and too organised and homely for my liking
  • It sucks. But, it has potential to be a nice place to live. It's a two story townhouse, with 3 good size bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It has a washer and dryer, and an ok kitchen, that really needs to be remodeled and rearranged to make better use of the space. The dining room is sufficient, and the living/family room is small, but manageable. The problem is the lack of good insulation, the old single pane windows, and the crappy baseboard heaters. The heaters don't work very well, and the heat they do manage to produce is lost through the walls and the windows. I think that if the unit was renovated, given more insulation in the walls and crawlspace above, and new dual-pane windows. I'd love a central heating system, but there isn't really a way to install that in this place, so some newer heaters would be good. A remodeled kitchen (for cupboard/counter space issues, not the appliances which are just fine) and some new flooring (old carpet & vinyl needs to go) it could be quite a lovely place to live. I love the location, I like the neighborhood, I like the layout... but it just sucks because it's not ours, and we can't fix it up. The owner refuses to put much-needed money into it, so we're moving out in a few months. We've only been there a year. I hate moving. Sorry for the novel.
  • Untidy, but kept. Small. Cosy. 1 bedroom apartment, about 700 sq.ft. Great Neighborhood.
  • Three lightly wooded acres just 36 minutes drive from downtown nashville. This 1600 sq ft, three floor, 2 bdr, 2 and a half bath home, with 12 x 16 chefs kitchen, green house for fresh herbs all season and sub zero fridge not only boasts excellent craftsmanship in its construction, but optimal lot placement and natural landscaping. Impressive from the street, this fierce stone faced fortress gracefully transforms into a mutitiered deck/turret system connectingeach floor of the three story rear. An eclectic mix of styles, the great room sports 24' loft ceilings with south facing windows from soffet to baseboard across the enire back wall.Just past the green house, a 2 car garage and sculptors studio sits, almost hidden from view except for the looming concrete torso suspended between the trees. Shall I continue?
  • With two teens in the home, frequently it's a mess. But that's okay, they fill the home with love. They also can fill it with frustration. lol That's my home, now about my house. :) There are 3 stories with a 2 car garage. It's native stone and siding with wood shingles and sits on almost an acre. We are about one mile deep into the neighborhool on a horseshoe. We have a creek running through the back with many large mature trees. Frequently we see wildlife. We have a large inground pool with a curvy slide and diving board. It's shaped in an "L" and is 9 feet deep at the board. There is a hot tub also. Two decks overlook the pool from the living room and master bedroom. Inside there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3 half baths (1 outside for the pool), and 1 three quarter bath. We have 2 fireplaces (one in the master). There are two kitchens. (one up and one down to service the pool). We have 2 gamerooms. One is used as a spare (4th) bedroom ..(which I slept in last night, but that's a different answer lol) and home gym. The greatroom is on the main level of course, and has windows running across for an open view to the back yard and pool. The lower gameroom has 3 pinball machines (Star Wars, Jurassic Park, and Star Gate), a stand up Gallaga video game, a stand up Joust video game, a slot machine, an air hockey table, a foosball table, and a skeeball machine. Also on that level is a rumpus/movie room, and one of our 2 home offices (his and hers). We have a formal dining room, and eating bar. Downstairs there is another eating area for that kitchen. Lots of color in my house. Red walls, green walls, yellow walls, and wallpapered walls. Not a lot of carpet because it can get disgusting even when you don't wear your shoes in the house. I mainly have marble and wood flooring throughout. White crown mouldings are in every room. Living room and master have vaulted ceilings and sky lights. Staircases are wrought iron and cherry wood. There are eclectic pieces of art and wall hangings. I don't have a lot of knick-knacks. They collect dust. :) All in all we have 5,000 sq. ft. Most people say my home is warm and inviting. That's about it. I could go on...........but I won't.
  • It used to be happy, a place that I looked forward to going to, now it is just a shell filled with a lot of bad memories.....
  • Attractive and traditonal outside, well groomed. Inside is comfortable and warm looking colors wise and by the way it is decorated. Very neat and tidy, but also very comfortable. Like a favorite pair of slippers.
  • theres a kid in here......so you can easily figure it out
  • warm and comfy.
