You can't ignore it because sexuality is a part of life. Unlike drug and alcohol abuse, sex is not something you can just stop doing, unless you want to become a monk, which I doubt. The problem is with why you have a problem with porn; what are you using it to ignore emotionally in your life? Do you feel lonely? Rejected? Abandoned? Ignored? Left out? Like a drug addict or alcoholic, people use sex to cover up and hide from the emotional feeling that they don't want to deal with or experience. That's what you need to address. The porn is not the problem, it's the symptom. I spent 8 years in therapy for the very same thing, so I know of what I am speaking. The solution: Find a sex therapist and start going to therapy. Realize that you need to address the emotional issues, not the sexual ones. Once you've dealt with the emotional issues, you'll know how to deal with the sexual ones.
