Wish 1: 997 more wishes.
(If not allowed) Wish 1: Void the rule that prevents the users from wishing for more wishes.
Wish 2: 997 more wishes.
Wish 3: For every last island on this planet to have a solar, battery, and hand-crank-powered, weatherproof, waterproof, dustproof, and time-proof emergency videophone-&-computer kiosk with free Internet Access. On the kiosk, please have it display a dot on the map that indicates where I'm at, plus the geographic coordinates.
(Then I would use the phone to call for a nearest coast-guard station to send for me.)
3. For the country's coast guard that is coming to rescue me to have a fleet of medium and large-sized ships that can exceed a mile a minute.
(Catamarans have been known to exceed 50 MPH, so I may see a Catamaran come to rescue me. If too big to come close to shore, the catamaran may deploy a helicopter to pick me and the Genie up.)
4. For Japan's total land area to instantly expand to 1,000,000 square miles, east, and therefore reclaim land from the Pacific Ocean. As for sea life, offshore platforms, and anything that might get disturbed by this instantaneous land growth, just relocate them to elsewhere in the Pacific. Corals are shallow, so don't teleport them to deep waters. You know what you're doing in regards to this? Good.
The Ryukyu Islands are part of Japan, so you'll make them bigger as well and expand their sizes in proportion to Japan's "home islands", and still count this as part of Wish #4, will you? Good. Japan should STILL be 1,000,000 square miles despite this wish, so you know the routine about making inland lakes, seas and of course rivers so it doesn't go over that amount, right? Great!
5. Have it so the distance between each of the Ryukyu Islands is just one kilometer to one mile, and that the closest Ryukyu Island is that same range of distance away from Japan's mainland. This is so ships can still pass through easily.
6. Build & connect bridges between the Ryukyu Islands and to the Japanese Mainland from the Ryukyus.
7. On the western portion of Japan, near the Tsushima Islands, expand the land so that at its tip, it is just two miles from the Tsushima Islands.
8. Connect a bridge from the Japanese mainland to the Tsushima Islands.
9. Expand Tsushima Island's northern points so that its tip is just two miles from Korea.
10. Connect a bridge from Tsushima Island to Korea.
11. Make every last island in the world a survivable island to be stranded on, even the desolate Bouvet Island.
12. Speaking of that, Bouvet Island has an unmanned weather station. Instantly build an unattended hotel next to the weather station that is stocked with non-perishable food as well as all of the necessities, amenities, and communication equipment a human will ever need if they're ever unlucky enough to get stranded there.
The signage and markers and pointing to the hotel should be posted in many places on Bouvet, and with directions and instructions in 50 of the world's major languages. Each of those should have a flag of the language's country of origin, too. There should also be signage in that many languages inside the hotel, too.
13. If any uninhabited island is long enough, build airstrips on them too. If not, build a helipad.
14. In fact, build an unattended castaway's/survivor's hotel on this island too, so they can survive in style while waiting for a rescue.
(Conclusionary note: I could go on and on but the answer could get far too long. So now I'll say, "Great, the Coast Guard's here! The helicopter's coming from that catamaran way out there! Let's see what country these rescuers are from." "Genie, will you come with me?" "All right, now you'll get to see the world." "Now, I guess I'll have to log off this emergency kiosk here.")
