I never have put any stock into romance. For me, the perfect "romantic" relationship is one that mimics the closest friendships.

no I think for now most people are out for themselves, so alot of romance is gone.

It means way more to me now. I've never been a cheesy romantic person or have found any of it appealing until I got my boyfriend... now I understand most if a lot better and pretty much need it. I'm still getting used to it, though sometimes I feel like a complete dude because I just have no interest in romantic crap and find it very corny.

LOL! No. I used to think it was all....rose petals, and flowers...and romantic music, and making love....going out to a nice resteraunt........walking under the stars. BLAH. LMAO. Been there, done that...and really, it wasnt even cool. I wanna go home, eat some popcorn cuddle up on the couch....look into each otheres eyes, kiss passionately...and f*ck...just f*ck...dont go slow, dont be gentle...just f*ck me. LMAO. I like to go to eat ribs...grab a bottle of wine...Take a shower alone...to prep. With some solo guitarist music on...and I think its wonderful if he brings me home some corn nutz and a V8 acia berry mix drink. Im down......forget the romance, just give me the little I LOVE YOU's....and rad sex. And Im happy. update - also....Just tell me im hott...and give me those "I want you eyes"...Dont feed me full of your eyes remind me of the _______- ....Cuz I already know that. Romance. LoL

No, I think it only feels like romance when it's new to you, if its been done before it doesn't seem as special only more like science.

Romance is beautiful. I appreciate it far more now that I have the maturity and wisdom to understand it and it's place in a relationship. Very nice stuff.
