Yes...Madonna, of course.
Backstreet Boys... No Homo!
Paula Abdule and shortly after "No Doubt" came out with their first album (many of you do not know this one..it wasn't popular) I became obsessed with that band. I still love them.
The Lennon sisters... I was in love... probaly 5.
Then, I was in love with Angela Cartwright from Make Room for Daddy, later Lost in Space.
Became a long haired rebel when the Beatles were on Ed Sullivan. Probably the first time I was a 'fan'. Even played Sgt Pepper and the White Album backwards so I could screw up my stylus.
If you're old enough to know what a tone arm and stylus are...
You're an old fart too!!!
Bobbie Gentry
I think mine was The Spice Girls
I remember it was Tose Proeski. A great singer from my country Macedonia. Unfortunately he died in a car accident in 2007... Rest in peace, Tose.
probably either Hootie and the Blowfish or TLC... I know, its embarrassing.
I liked the group New Edition.
Sorry to say, but it was Barry Manilow. I was playing with the video at age 4 and accidentally recorded one of his concerts. Because I'd recorded it, I insisted on watching it over and over again. My mum quickly joined the legions of housewife fanatics and even dragged me along to two of his concerts when I was a little bit older. 6-7.
Bon Jovi... I was little and coudln't pronounce the V and would say Bon Jobi.
Then Tom Petty and he's still my favorite
U2 - back when they released their War album.
I have vague memories of me listening to Michael Jackson as a kid and i don't remember liking enyone else before that time
I remember hearing Standing Outside the Fire, by Garth Brooks on the radio as a kid. I loved it, and I'm still a die hard Garth fan!

It was probably Gary Glitter...OMG...ended up with hardly a shirt on his back, just goes to show :)
