if she isn't selling and there is nothing on her person or house, then there is no worry.

If she is in possession, does sell them, yes. But there would be an investigation and if she is clean, then I would think not. The authorities do understand that these guys on drugs are going to say a lot of thing that are untrue. Still they have to investigate, but as mentioned, if she's clean, no.

In order for a person to be charged with a crime, there has to be evidence that indicates they have committed a crime. It is unlikely that the police want to dance around trying to dig up some old evidence that would prove this woman USED TO sell drugs. If she is currently selling, or enabling others with her assistance to sell, hold or manufacture/grow anything illegal, she would have probable cause to worry. But, if her stupidity was several years ago, I wouldn't think his claims will have a whole lotta weight. If she has a record, they might ask her some questions about it, but otherwise, she should be in good shape to do the right thing.
