  • It takes some time to see results. You may actually gain a little weight as you build some more muscle, but don't worry about it, because more muscle will help you burn calories. An important element is your diet. If you are not eating healthy, all that exercise won't do you much good. Try to avoid sugary and fatty foods. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, and drink lots of water. If your diet is good, you should lose a little weight each week. If you don't have a good scale, you might not notice any changes for a while, and of course you could be building muscle. Just give it time, it sounds like you are getting plenty of cardio.
