I don't know if that's a healthy amount of weight to lose in just two months... but kudos to you if you lose it. Try brushing your teeth.. a lot, you tend to eat less if your teeth are freshly cleaned. Drink LOTS OF WATER. Never be without a bottle of water. Exercise as much and however you can. Try eating about three Lean Cuisines a day(I lost a massive amount of weight by eating Lean Cuisines and using Alli for a little bit... I didn't really use it that long, though). Read the labels of food you eat, do NOT eat fast food.. ever.. period.. nothing from their menu, just cut them out completely. Don't eat ice cream, candy, cookies, chips, or general yummy junk food. Never.. no exceptions. Try not to go out to eat... and if you do, get a salad.. get it in a half size.. most salads come with a lot of crap on them... most of what comes on them.. tell them to take it off. Leave only things such as tomatoes, grilled chicken, carrots, and cucumber. Use low fat dresssing.. But instead of pouring it onto your salad. Use your fork, get some salad on it, and dip it into the dressing very lightly. You'll use less dressing that way. If you want some flavor and are sick of water.. get your favorite juice.. and water it down before you drink it. Crystal Lite packs for individual drinks are also nice. Skim milk. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Pretend you're playing a game and the opponent is food and your weight. Kick their ass and don't give up.
