No one is out. He'd have to tag the third base runner for him to be out, and we all know that batter isn't anywhere close to the Catcher's glove.

Trick question? We need more information. Where was the ball when first touched by the catcher? Assuming the ball is over foul territory when touched by the catcher, no one is out. It's a foul ball. The ball did not pass first or third base and was first touched by a defensive player while (the ball was) over foul territory. If the ball is over fair territory (over or in front of home plate) when it is touched by the catcher. The batter is out when tagged removing the force on R3. R3 must then be tagged to be out.
