Why are microwave ovens still sold in Canada and the US when they are banned in other countries(Russia banned them in the 1970's) because of health reasons?

My opinion is that in Western countries it is up tp the customer to decide whether they want to cook in them or not. I informed myself pretty good about those ovens. I have it in my RV built in but I use it only to reheat coffee. The molecules of any food are altered by the friction, which is the source of the heat. That has broad implications for the food as well for the health of the person eating it.

Really! Well we are known to not give a rats ass about chemical runoff or bad waves or ground pollution so it does not surprise me.
