I usually eat the yellow one inside the balut shell but not the chick. I can't take that. But I prefer to eat penoy and dip that to a vinegat with salt. so yummy.... ;-)

I'm willing to try almost anything once. I think it's kind of silly that we can find it ok to eat the exact same animal as an undeveloped egg, infant or adult but freak out if it is in between one of these phases. We regularly eat liquid unformed chicken babies. i would try it at no cost. In fact, I may go try one now.

I guess it would depend on the taste and texture. If it's rubbery and has a bad taste, I probably wouldn't finish it. As for price, that goes up significantly, the worse it tastes to me. +5
