Love to see them crash.
-
It's dangerous and they should keep it off the roads and on tracks.
-
Just go the tracks.
-
I think racing is cool alongest you be safe.
-
Should be banned,my sister lives near a place where they drag all the time..not only is it dangerous but noisy as well.
-
exciting to watch!
-
I've been to a few meets where it's taken place. They mostly do freeway pulls. Most of them take place during the night so it's kind of boring IMO. Not my cup of tea really. I'll take road rally over street racing any day.
-
Because it is so glorified in movies, people convince themselves that it is more exciting than it really is. At least it's a less thuggish (though more expensive) alternative to street gangs.
-
Regardless racing with no real racing skills for people who never had knowledge to try real racing, Go cart, Track races, Formula racing...
-
I love street racing. It's dangerous, but so is racing on a track.
-
i think its a joke considering 99.999% of the cars people try to race are chick rides. take your honda civics, acura integras, and mitsubishi eclipses and drive them off a cliff. now that would be entertaining to watch!!!

Does stupid, selfish, and immature qualify as an answer?
-
Its art. People bring their cars with the body kits, spoilers, rims, high performance tie rods and ball bearings to handle the incredible grip of the tires.. the nitrous, the paint jobs, the tricked out interiors, the thrill of 2 dudes going head to head with their creations.. it gets down to a science, people have to balance everything out if they want a well rounded car, and that can be achieved in SO many ways.. the money, and just the overall competition and feeling in the air that a cop could just come pulling up at anytime. Its incredibly awesome
-
It is solidly unethical yet strangely appealing.

i am one my self and becuzz we all have a fastasy and we all have a dream and this is ours

Keep it on a track to stop killing innocent people. They've enacted a law here that charges anyone going 50 km/hr over the posted limit for "stunt driving". Bye bye car, bye bye license automatically and that's before even going to court over the offense. It happens right there...at roadside. All in response to a spate of accidents killing innocent pedestrians and other drivers. Great idea and a long time coming.
-
Should be done on a local race track.
-
It's very illegal (as in high priority enforcement) here in LA. There are several parts of LA county that have set-up temporary task forces to really clamp down on it. Yay ex-chief Bratton. Too bad that he's decided to move on. I support all of the above.
-
It is dangerous for everyone involved as well as people around them.
