Hi, i have a 2000 Ford ranger five speed 4x4. I am installing a whelen headlight flasher and i need to know if it is a positive ground or a negative ground? Any help would be nice. thanks

2002 ford ranger 4x4. Driving in 2wd makes loud grinding clacking sound. \Quiet in 4wd. Worked fine. Now 4wd only reverse.
