I love it. It seems to be a nice cross between X and XI. The battle system is closer to XI, while the level system is closer to X's sphere grid. I am over 100 hours into the game and have not finished yet: Been doing "Hunts" lately.

It is very good. I also currently have over 100 hours and am doing the section on Hunts. There is something called the licence board which is simular to the sphere grid, only WAY less complex. The battle system is a nice change in FF, only sometimes it gets a little easy, for you can set your characters to do everything automatically leaving you with nothing to do. One thing that kind of disappointed me was that there was/is NO love story, which I didn't expect in a FF game. I know I've said a lot of negative points but there are postive ones like the graphics, story, and new battle system. It's worth it to buy this game, but if you aren't sure whether you would appreciate the changes then I would suggest you rent it first before laying down the fifty dollars for the game. It gets a 9.5 in my book.

it is a god damn kick ass game! i loved it - the graphics are really good, it is really fun, im over 4 hours of playing and didn't finish it, im at the Sochen Cave Palace, trying to defeat Ahriman, he sucks! Espers: Belias, the gigas, Mateus, the corrupt, Adromelech, the wroth, Exodus, the Judge-Sal. PS:trying to get Zeromus! ;)
