  • No, it doesn't. But not giving a woman the right to choose to have an abortion does. Abortion just violates religious beliefs.
  • No, the Bill of Rights only applies to people, not proto-people. OK, watch all the vindictive abusive DRs roll in now. (p.s. This is an OPINION on an OPINION question and therefore nor "unhelpful" by definition.)
  • The pursuit of happiness, life, liberty and you know isn't an amendment its in the Deceleration of Independence.
  • This would only apply to America and as I understand it your Bill of Rights only covers human beings not potential human beings.
  • Lots of people don't consider the unborn to be worthy to live any more than a bug that got into the house. They have no problem snuffing them out without giving it a second thought.
  • no anddeb no it dont.
  • I think thats depends on a person opinion, many people believe that the women should choose as its her body and if she dosnt get that choice it wont allow her to pursue happiness or give her freedom! However others belive that the unborn child has a right to live and no1 is giving it that chance, many consider it to be murder! Its an opinion and i dont want to argue with any1 so i wont state my side!
  • I think that It's murder of an unborn human being, and that being said-I'm a logical thinking athiest with a heart.*
  • Yes, I think so.
  • yes it's the life
  • Those are not amendments, they are in the Decralion of Independace. So it doesn't. It does volite the three bacic rights. A child can't be happy if he or she is never born, and the mother regrates it voliting her happyness. The right to life. And it volites libarty because that child's life is their property not their mothers.
