It is hard to guess at terribly worded questions. Also, what bizarre definition of "money" encapsulates "the poor"?

Well unless we want to go back to the Rockefeller and Vanderbuilt days..Oh and lets not forget the Hannahs..no Government Regulations..it can kind of be explainded in Mortgage Loans today..When only one group is making money in America we need to worry..oil, home, or mortgages!!! I vote throw all the money you can into the World Economics..Stimulate the World Economy...Its not really going to matter in the end..but whatever:):) God Bless Us All:):)

as did every president that contributed to huge deficits, which includes all of them in the past couple of decades except for Clinton. The same people who loved Bush and Reagan seem to conveniently forget that each had no problem with putting heavy bills on the future generations. It comes down to whether you want debt based on war or debt based on domestic spending, but let's not pretend that Obama runnign up debt is some new trend.
