Take a bathroom break and have a bit to eat and drink. You need to keep your energy up. Wait, are you detaching from AB? If so, congratulations, you have a bit of a social life.

It could be that you have hit your AB wall, you may be on ABOL (AB Over Load). It is good to take a break (I do every few days...I have barely been on the last 3 or 4 days). This site is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It can't cure cancer, tell you if you are pregnant, go with you to your best friends wedding, balance your checkbook or clean the cat box for you. I highly recommend taking a step back every so often so that your ABOL does not develop further in to ABBO (AB Burn Out). Then you can return with a fresh mind and fast fingers.

well, if you are attempting to break your AB addiction, you could always try myspace. i hear that is quite addictive as well.
