The orange circle saying I have some new comment/answer will show, but nothing new will. Half the answers/comments wont either. And I have to click what to show in feedback many times for it to work. What the heck is wrong?

There's a delay between when the lights appear and when the comments and answers actually show on the feedback page. Also, AB has, I understand, never shows ALL the answers you get to a question in feedback. They give you enough to draw you back to the question. Use the Date sort, and look at the latest answers to make sure you rated/commented them all. As for the checkboxes in Feedback, Activity, etc. I've noticed that they don't always like to change, and are someone obstinate in that. I'm sure this has been reported and will be worked on along with the other glitches. See the blog - current and the past few - for more on the glitches.
