Why are christians so excited about going to heaven? They're always going on about free will, do you understand that when you get to 'heaven' there will be no such thing as 'free will' only gods will, you will be like robot's! I'd rather not exsist!

Just because you have your own little opinion does not mean everyone thinks the same as you. Who the hell cares what other people think? Worry about your own self and not others.

I think that the assumption that is made is that if you have free will but do not do anything that will have you sent to hell, then your free will in heaven will be God's will too.

I'm not a Christian, but I see no basis for this statement you're making. Who said there's no free will in heaven and everyone will be like robots? I agree that the things I've heard about heaven make it a place that doesn't interest me much, but you still need some basis for making an assertion like this.

Where are we told we will be robots in heaven? I thought that by accepting Heaven as the alternative then we are agreeing to the terms of Heaven, whatever those may be. Isn't that free will? I can freely enter into a contract that limits my actions and I still have free will. Heaven, as well as all good contracts, has an out clause I am sure. Additionally, can you choose to just not exist?

I'd bet that not making any decisions at all would be "heaven" to lotsa folks! ;-)

There is no way to answer this question. Do you believe in Heaven? Do you Believe in God? Are you an athiest? Are you a pagan?

Excited because we FEEL the Lord and His power and KNOW His love because we have chosen Him. Maybe you haven't chosen this path and sadly you may not be able to experience it to know how great it is. Seems like your eyes may be blinded and your mind is smeared with lies from deception of the devil. I pray that you will get the answers you need to clearly understand what you will be missing and what you don't have now by not having God, and accepting Jesus as his son. The Holy Spirit is awesome and I feel and glimpse heaven daily by the joy I feel.

God's Angels DO have free will. It's just that their will is to be loyal to their Creator. And the beauty of Heaven is that you DO feel like worshipping God 24/7. In Eternity, you don't get tired of 'Disneyland' because there's no 'time' there to wear you down.

Here on earth, we're already living God's Will. When he created us, he had a plan for us all. And that's your purpose in life.

If we were all robots in heaven, then there would be no Satan. He WAS an angel. Free will certainly does exist in heaven. +5
