Not yet but I am set on collecting the older chinese platinum pandas. They are beautiful but VERY expensive, they have a pagoda on one side and and a panda with bamboo on the other, a one ounce coin goes for about $1300 right now, good investment i think.

I'm collecting the state coins. Are there proof sets that can be ordered mail order from somewhere honest and reliable? What is the current issue?

I've got a little album that holds all the state coins that I fill as they come out. I've collected other coins before, like 1976 quarters, Eisenhower dollars, Kennedy Halves, Wheat Pennies, WW2 pennies, and foreign currency.

I got some state quarters and could use some more. I also have some foreign coins.

Yes I do. I also collect other U.S. and world coins. I have coins dated from the 1600's to present.

Yes I have several sets of the state quarters I need to update them to 2007 though. I collect all US coins. I have sets of them all. My fav. is the Lincoln cent. I just put together 12 complete sets of Lincoln cents from 1909-2007 minus the 1922 no D as it is not a regular strike coin. It was an error. All the Lincoln cents minted in 1922 were minted in the Denver mint. So the coins without a D are errors.

I at first wasn't collecting the Statehood quarters but I decided to cos I figured I would prolly be kicking myself later if I didn't. I collect any sort of coins/paper money I can get my hands on. I recently bought a set of banknotes from India that are in serial number order. I have 1,994 wheatback pennies. And pounds and pounds of foreign coins. I love it!!!
