  • Comfrey has been known to work well for swellings. But I would suggest putting ice (with a cloth over it)on the swollen parts to see if that works quicker.
  • I take 4 caps of dandelion three times a day mainly for water retention in my legs. I couldn't handle it, especially in warmer weather without taking them. It's a natural diuretic and tonic.
