I guess you need to talk about your problems to someone Everyone gets tough times and Im by no means saying yours arent tougher than some, but suicide is not the answer! Do you have a friend who will listen? Maybe write it all down

Remember the concept of a "hope chest"? A girl would put all those special things for her adult life, wedding, etc in her hope chest so she'd have them, or the ideas of them, when she married, grew up, and moved out? Have you considered a "worry chest"? My family has a box (it's actually a rubbermaid recipe box that we cut a hole in the lid of) that when we get really stressed out, worried about everything, and there seems no way out, we write out our worries, fears, etc, and put them in the box. When things have calmed down a bit, we go to the box and draw a slip, one at a time, and fix the problem, until the box is empty. Sometimes they sit there for weeks, sometimes for hours. It's silly - but it does help. It allows you to remember the worry, but deal with it at a time when you are emotionally ready to tackle it.
