I haven't fought with them or against them to know if they are the finest. However, when I encountered some outside of the Tower of London last time I was over to see the in-laws, I made it a point to salute them, to thank them, and to shake their hands. I can't speak for all Americans, but I appreciate the sacrifices they've made alongside us.
