Here in Kansas the law is you must be 16 and older to even be driving. Since you were 15 technically you were not allowed to be driving someone else's car without them in it and you must have an adult over 21 in the car with you. So yes you did something wrong. Okay well you seem like a troll to me. Thanks for the DR. Yes you do have to be 16 to have a driver's license unless your parents are disabled and you need to get around then you can get it notarized and all to get a DL. You can get a Drivers permit at 15. I am not retarded. What the hell? I thought you just said it was your cousin's car. But still you are supposed to have someone over 21 in the car with you when driving.

OMG u need to get around your EGO i am 15 i got my pemit at age 14(WITH PERSON 21+) and then a restricted at 15 (TO WORK AND SCHOOL)

Okay well if you got a restricted license then NO ONE should be in the car with you unless they are over 21.
