I like how it represents 'eternity' in that it has neither a beginning nor an end, philosophically speaking.

As a house, it would be most efficient to heat. (Though, with construction materials being what they are, it wouldn't necessarily be the most efficient to build, unless you were in the far north and it were built out of ice, such as an igloo would be...)

A circular 'silo house' would likely cause the most conundrums for interior designers to decorate, which would be most entertaining to observe one struggle through this difficulty! ':D

Its simply much more asthetically pleasing to the eye than are structures with straight lines, in my humble opinion, at least.
