They are all odd in there own way of course... but I am going to go for the chicken since it is the only bird, and the other two are red meat.

"Beef" is the odd one out. Chicken and lamb are the actual NAMES of animals. There is no animal called a "Beef." "Beef" is a kind of meat, but not the name of any specific kind of animal.
