AB has never responded to my feedback. I check the little box for a response, but get none. Do I have to send money, dance, chant or something else to get a response?

I have e-maild A/B also and NEVER hear anything back ... Maybe I should get a small business loan and buy A/B and run it RIGHT ... ?

What jake said and be logged in, in order for them to respond. Not particularly helpful if one is still on dial-up! *puts hand up* especially at night...

Try those things and let me know which of them works, will ya? I have lost all respect for AB staff in the past several weeks, and for good reasons which I won't bother going into here. It was all very public, however. Suffice it to say, you will NEVER get a response out of them unless you piss them off first.

Depends on what exactly your issue is, and how you phrased your request. Politeness and persistance are the keywords.

I think you finally got the idea Merfish, one little ole virgin is all you need. Not sure if you will have a harder time finding a virgin or a volcano. At any rate it won't be much harder than getting AB to respond to your emails.

Hahaha, that little box is there for decoration purposes only, I dont think I have ever gotten a response. Maybe an old saying might help, The squeaky wheel gets oiled first, Start Squeaking!!! I hear the blog is an excellent place to vent. :-) -
If you have something that you feel is urgent, you can always email a CL and they'll try to help you.
