  • With a capatilst system, the only way to become succecssful is to exploit others in oreder to further yourself. In other words, You have to step on the rungs to climb the ladder. With communism, no one is exploited (at least in that sense) because a there is no climbing of the corporate ladder, there is no corporate ladder. people are given the job they do best, and they do this job for the benifet of the state, not themselves. It could be argued that some people are being exploited however. In a communist society, everyoe gets paid the same and is given equal treatment(although I could be incorrect, do not quote me on this), the problem arises, what is someone deserves more than another for the type of twork they do? For example, a doctor should get paid more than a gas jockey, for obvious reasons. So is the doctor being exploited for geting paid the same as the gas jockey? Arguable. Good question.
  • It means that both Capitalism AND Communism are exploitation mechanisms. Capitalism gives power to those who create wealth. Communism gives power to those who are strong enough to intimidate or sly enough to entice the majority into submitting to their will.
  • It means that government in ANY form is going to exploit someone. It's up to the governed to decide what benefits are going to be accrued from such.
  • He means that in the former the rich and powerful exploit everyone else and in the latter the powerful and rich exploit everyone else.
  • In communism that will aways be an elite class in absolute power and as the saying goes "absolute power corrupts absolutely," and they will do anything to maintain their position and power.
  • The opposite would be that man doesn't exploit man. What else could he have meant?
