  • You will need to sort the drainage, otherwise the seeds will rot and fail to sprout. Try getting a fine implement and making many small deep holes.
  • WOW. Thats a huge question. Dranage is the most importsnt thing for grass and then feed once its astablished, unless you sowed sea weed or reeds?lol.If the underlying ground is compacted or clay based then you will need to get this sorted otherwise the water will have no where to soak into.Anyway, its not too easy a cure. Sure, you can level things up but the rains just gonna run off the sides leaving the grass with no drink or nutriants and what bit of thin, weedy grass you will get will have no base structure to it. Also I hope you brought a top quality seed as there are so many types on the market. Good luck
  • Yeah mate you'll have to sort out whats under the lawn to establish the best remedy wheather it be starting from scratch or sorting out an alternative drainage system sorry to say it sounds grim. But on the bright side im imagining a worst case scenario. Good luck mate
