  • I read earlier today that custody of her body has been awarded by a judge to the lawyer who is dealing with the baby's interests. According to CNN: The paternity hearing came a day after another judge, Larry Seidlin, granted custody of Smith's body to her infant daughter's guardian.   • I think Anna's mother was merely trying to have Anna laid to rest closer to home. The whole family got to caught up in the issue, and were soon neglecting Anna's wishes. I think her mother started to use the trial as a way of getting back at Howard K. Stern but thats all finished now :)
  • Well, according to all of the publicity, Anna Nicole HATED her mother and clearly stated that in several televised interviews, so the idea that her mother would fight so hard for burial rights and not having her buried near her son seems INSANE! Truthfully, I don't like the looks of any of these people, but as soon as I heard about her death, I knew the vulchers would start circling.
  • the whole thing is bizarre. I wish it would disappear off the news. there are real people suffering out there, and no one cares a jot.
