Their desperate..just kidding! They are probably more open to finding someone and do not dwell on the past.

they are desperate and most of the time aren't truly in love. some people just can't be alone. or simply love the attention.

Some people are willing to date anyone that they have anything in common with, instead of patiently waiting to find someone that truley could be a good match and companion.
