  • There's a brain scan available which helps in diagnosing the part of the brain that's causing the problem and often leading to self medication. You can find out more about it in the book, "Magnificent Mind at Any Age." by Dr. Amen. He's been on PBS programs and I checked with a qualified neurologist and my internist and both said this was a good diagnostic tool but few people get it because it isn't covered by insurance. Problem is diagnosed and then starting with natural supplements all the way to prescription meds for the diagnosed problem. This could probably keep a lot of people from prison if people could afford it. If you're interested, you can check it out at your library.
  • You need some help.
  • Count to 10 before you take any action. Would this tend to cool you off?? (Very elementary step)
  • Anger managment and boxing...or go see a regular doctor and he can give you advice.
  • If you are an angry person it means you are angry because of something. If anything annoys you and you seem to be bothered by anybody, try to find out what you are really angry about. I had a period in my life I was just angry all the time. I woke up already pissed off. People did not enjoy my company. Until I found out it were not the people out on the street that annoyed me, not nagging kids in the supermarket, but it was something inside of me, I had pushed away so far I did not see it anymore. Only the anger stayed. When I found out what was actually bothering me, I was able to deal with it and a weight dropped of my shoulders. So I suggest if you not already know the source of your anger you find it and deal with it in a proper way. Do not be afraid of change if it is for the better.
