I'm stripping out the grass in my lawn as the Eco-Turf perennial peanut I've planted takes over. Any experience with this ground cover?

Do you have to mortar bricks? Can I use some Loc-Tite or Liquid Nails if it is a small, decorative structure?

You're reading My poor lawn... is thin and has some weeds. I wanted to use this fetrilizer/weed killer powder, but I also wanted to re-seed it. What is the proper order in which to do these things?

No dogs out front. Kennel and run are in the back. The previous tennants were alcoholics and just let it go. I am trying to revive it, as it WAS a well established lawn.
