I feel good after giving blood, but didn't know there was a physical reason.

No I didn't know that. I tried to give blood ( I liked the idea of tea and biscuits at the time : D ) but after 3 attempts they said I wasn't suitable, my veins kept on collapsing.

Yes, I know. I have been a registered blood donor in Germany, in a hospital as well as in Red Cross. I felt great and I am still feeling great, my Immune System is healthy( 73 years).
