  • As you know, 'sleep walking' can be very dangerous in a number of ways. It's a disturbance usually associated with unresolved psychological or psychosocial conflicts. The only way I know to address this is 'talk therapy' to uncover & address these potential conflicts. Then the nocturnal activity might cease. Barring that (for whatever reason), a "dream journal" can be very effective for lotsa folks. Good luck to you.
