  • From my observations, people don't blame God for the world's evils, but notice that he isn't doing much about it, which makes it harder to believe he exists. At least once God has made people kill their own children, but he added the bonus of making the parents EAT the children. My favorite verses, from Leviticus 26: 27 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; 28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. 29 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat. Mmmmm, the taste of my own offspring. Dee-lish! And this is the one you worship. I'll never understand how you can swallow this.
  • well since god doesnt exist its hard for me to blame my actions on him isnt it.
  • Jesus How great thou art, I agree with you, but us simple human beings always need answers, too impatient to meet God and then ask. most people can't trust something they cant see, instead of being more trusting in the feelings of love and the holy spirit, people don't realize they have a spirit, instead they let their minds/souls/bodies run their lives. And most people dont know how good God is that he didnt make the "rules" in the Old testament, it's simple good and evil dont mix, so we couldnt be with God, so thats when Jesus came to change that and that's why we live under the new testament. I know you know this but I am hoping it will help others
  • Those who normally do this are the ones who do not know God. They do not have a personal relationship with Him. Only know what they've heard from others who also do not know God.
  • People blame God because they are at enmity with Him and being driven mad by their violated consciences.
