Do you mean 'good' parent? I've tried to be over the years. Son is grown now, but am still a parent, my roll is just different now. Not saying never made mistakes, hollered when I shouldn't, didn't handle some situations right, but the two things I did get right, 1-always let him know I loved him, was proud of him, and this would never change. 2 and MOST IMPORTANT - raised him in a Christian home to give him the best chance he could have for a good future.
