I suppose it would depend on whose child she aborted. On the other hand, ten years is a lot of time spent together to toss it away so quickly. . If you're asking for yourself I'd recommend taking some time alone and weighing the pros and cons.

Immediately. Only a disgusting human being could do something like that. It's not possible to forgive someone who intentionally killed your child and then hid the fact for 10 years.She killed my child who would be 10 now. She robbed him or her of life and me/us of the 10 years of joy and potential grandchildren in later years.
