I wish I had seen the show. I am a Susan Boyle fan; I think her voice is fantastic. I need no subtitles - is that a joke or did they really display subtitles? That's a little insulting, in my opinion.

Good point. Although Okra speaks english, I usually don't get whatever point she is trying to make, assuming she has one!

You don't know what the monitor she was looking at had on it. Maybe there were subtitles on her end which you couldn't see.

Hahahaha, did they seriously? I suppose I should be offended. That's quite funny, though. Susan talks quite clearly compared to some accents, to be honest. I remember watching GMTV once, British program, on British TV, they subtitled this Scottish guy who was perfectly understandable. But I would say that.
