lol. I don't think it would be a healthy loss if at all possible. Me? I probably couldn't lose a pound. Too lazy, see.
-
I do not think that is biologically possible. Even if you spent the entire day on the treadmill.
-
i SEVERLY doubt you could lose 5 pounds in a day let alone ten. considering it takes 3000 kcals to burn off one poun and even if you ate nothing youd only be barely losing a pound

The old joke is that if you want to lose 15lbs of ugly fat in a day, cut off your head, and if you want to lose 200lbs of fat, take your husband to a car show.

If you include the option of limb amputation or organ removal then yes it's possible.
-
Oooo, I wish it were that easy! Sometimes I think if I just SMELL food I will gain a pound ...
-
I don't think I could healthily lose 10 pounds at all. I'm 5'2" and weight somewhere around 95 pounds... so... yeah...
-
No, unless you are doing something drastic, unhealthy and dangerous, no one should lose 5 lbs a day, much less 10 lbs a day.
-
As a Brit I have to say that I find it very easy to lose considerably more than 5 pounds in a day. Depends how careful I am with my spending.
-
I don't think it is physically possible to loose 10 pounds in one day. That would be too much stress on the heart and the entire circulatory system.
